  • ¼ cucumber
  • 1 c spinach leaves
  • ½ avocado
  • 4-5 slices mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 T chia seeds
  • 2 T coconut yoghurt (or natural unsweetened yoghurt)
  • 1 c coconut water (or water)
  • Opt: Scoop of vanilla protein powder
  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a Nutri Bullet or food processor until smooth
