Ingredients
- ¼ cucumber
- 1 c spinach leaves
- ½ avocado
- 4-5 slices mango (fresh or frozen)
- 1 T chia seeds
- 2 T coconut yoghurt (or natural unsweetened yoghurt)
- 1 c coconut water (or water)
- Opt: Scoop of vanilla protein powder
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients together in a Nutri Bullet or food processor until smooth
