I have always loved to cook and to experiment in the kitchen. But I never dreamed that I could make a career out of it. I mean, I was just a Mum with 3 young kids of my own who was passionate about providing my family with great food.
But then I released my 21 Day Marvelous Lunchbox Makeover, and over 4500 people signed up for the challenge. They all wanted to get themselves out of the rut of providing the same old school lunches, and to have creative, wholesome, nourishing, and more interesting alternatives to processed, additive-laden foods.
It was clear that so many of us Mums are in the same position. We all know the importance of avoiding additives and preservatives, instead providing our kids with nutrient dense meals that feed their brains, give them energy and set them up for a lifetime of healthy eating habits. But don’t always have the knowledge or the time to create those meals.
Since the lunchbox makeover challenge, I have released two cookbooks and have worked with hundreds of parents in inspirational live workshops. I feel like my food journey is just getting started, and I am so excited to have you join me!
I want your healthy meals to be simple, easy and achievable – reducing the need for takeaways and packaged foods. I don’t follow any strict eating regimes – I am not paleo, vegetarian or vegan. I simply believe that whatever you cook needs to work for you and your family, and then just make it as healthy as possible.
