Thank you so much for making a cookbook for families with food that is not only healthy and yummy but affordable recipes. We are making our way through most of the recipes and the kids are loving them! Its nice to have gluten, nut and dairy free options if that is what you are after.

Thanks Wick for the fantastic Banana Oat Cookies recipe in your new book. Luckily I made a double batch as half of them have already disappeared! These delicious healthy cookies will definitely be making appearances in our kids lunchboxes from now on. xx

Hi Wick, just some feedback on your book. I've made the green pea and edamame bean patties and they were awesome with the roasted cauliflower. Also the rice pudding recipe is great, really simple and yummy. I cut the sugar content even further and my kids loved it topped with fresh juicy pears.
I'm looking forward to trying more things. Thanks so much for the inspiration, keep up the good work!

Hi Wick, your cookbook arrived today and filled a rainy afternoon! Choc macaroon slice with Isla (left) and lemon bliss balls with Stella (right). The book is great, congratulations!

I learnt so many great tips and loved learning and sharing with all the amazing women there. I didn’t realise how much I needed 48 hours focusing on what I need to do to feel good and healthy. After being the rock that everyone else in my life needed, I hadn’t clocked the heavy load I had been carrying. It was liberating to put my needs first and to focus on what I need to feel good to live and eat more healthy (and have lots of fun too!). I have already drastically reduced my gluten intake to see how that feels, and I’m absolutely committed to the resolutions I made in the clarity session the last day.
Sign me up for next year, I loved it!

Wick’s healthy food workshop is a great thing to bring into any corporate environment. Not only did our staff learn how to make some tasty and nutritious options (taking recipes away) – they got first-hand experience in the preparation. Fun, inspiring and thought provoking. Healthy food can be easy!
