Hi Wick, just some feedback on your book. I've made the green pea and edamame bean patties and they were awesome with the roasted cauliflower. Also the rice pudding recipe is great, really simple and yummy. I cut the sugar content even further and my kids loved it topped with fresh juicy pears.

Thank you for your awesome book, Healthy Lunchbox Love. I have cooked just about every recipe and keep coming back to make repeats. I’m loving the ideas for the 21 Day lunch box make over ! We loved getting your meal plans 'delivered on-line' once a week. One of the best features is the way that you have allowed them to be spiced up for different palates and the increase in vegetables with out even really noticing! Thanks again Wick.

I contacted Wick about running some nutrition and cooking workshops for our team as part of a new Wellbeing Programme we have introduced. The team loved it much more than I expected! Wick makes healthy food fun, quick and easy and this is exactly what I wanted them to learn. The sessions were down to earth and so accessible for those with no knowledge of healthy cooking, with just the right combination of information and interaction. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wick for this type of programme.
