The Cafe, TV 3

11th August 2017

You might be visiting my website after reading, hearing about or watching me talk about my business Wicked Wellbeing. Thank you, you’re awesome!

The recent PR campaign on my second cookbook, Healthy Lunchbox Love gained a huge amount of exposure which was incredible – the most exciting (and nerve racking!), a cooking slot on The Cafe on TV 3 which you can view above.

I also had several features in newspapers, magazines and radio interviews…

Hawkes Bay Today, Indulge Magazine

The Hawkes Bay Today Indulge magazine, cover image and inside feature – a Q and A asking questions around my family, why a healthy lunchbox is so important, if my kids make their own, my favourite foods, what a perfect school lunchbox consists of and what’s next for me. Have a read HERE.

Breakfast Show

In 2015, my first Gourmand award winning cookbook, the 21 Day Marvelous Lunchbox Makeover received a huge amount of publicity, due to the amazing popularity of the free offer. I’d put this down to two things – my absolute belief that what I was offering was needed and PARENTS’ demand for easy to prepare, nutritious food options for their kids lunchboxes. Nobody wants to feel that they’re not doing the best for their children – they just need straightforward recipes and support from someone who’s been there, done that and written it down!

The Herald on Sunday featured the makeover as part of an article which looked at tackling the ongoing problem of childhood obesity through healthy kids’ lunchboxes. I was also featured in the Hawkes Bay Today, which led to a 5 minute TV slot on the sofa on TV One’s “Breakfast Show” and an interview on the radio station Mix 98.2.

I’m also honoured to have one of my Wicked Wellbeing recipes featured in the Australian publication ‘Eat Well – Meals, Snacks and Desserts for Entertaining and Living Well’. The team at Well Naturally loved my Buckwheat Chocolate Lollipops so much that they submitted it to this publication. You can check out the article here or you can find the recipe here.

I’m so delighted to receive this publicity which helps me on my mission and I will continue to spread the word in the media, in person and online – because the more we work together, the more we’re going to make the changes needed in today’s world!
