Homemade Toasted Muesli

Ingredients
- 7 c fine rolled oats
- 1 c bran
- 1 c thread coconut
- ½ c pumpkin seeds
- ½ c sunflower seeds
- ½ c linseeds
- ½ c oatbran
- ½ c wheatgerm
- ¼ c slivered almonds
- 1 t cinnamon
- ¼ c honey
- ½ c oil
- ½ c goji berries, optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 150° C. Mix all the dry ingredients in a large baking dish.
- Melt the honey and oil together over low heat in a pot.
- Combine honey mixture with dry ingredients and mix well.
- Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes and then remove and turn over. Return to the oven for a further 15-20 minutes until lightly browned. Remove and cool completely. Once cool, stir through the goji berries. Store in an airtight container.
- Serve with a dollop of natural unsweetened yoghurt, or coconut yoghurt, berries and milk, nut milk or coconut water.
