Preheat the oven to 150° C. Mix all the dry ingredients in a large baking dish.
Melt the honey and oil together over low heat in a pot.
Combine honey mixture with dry ingredients and mix well.
Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes and then remove and turn over. Return to the oven for a further 15-20 minutes until lightly browned. Remove and cool completely. Once cool, stir through the goji berries. Store in an airtight container.
Serve with a dollop of natural unsweetened yoghurt, or coconut yoghurt, berries and milk, nut milk or coconut water.
