Wicked Healthy Tribe: Embracing Change During Midlife – The Membership Join the Waitlist

I've loved the Kitchen Club! Beforehand, I was pretty slack at planning in advance so every day it was a drain thinking of something for dinner. The Kitchen Club has got me enthused about having the week's plan organised in advance and stretched me to try new ingredients and different styles of meals. I feel I have so much more passion for cooking, probably mostly because I feel on top of it now.
