Feijoa & Banana Ice Cream

1 banana, frozen
200 g feijoa pulp, frozen
65 g coconut cream
65 g coconut yoghurt or natural greek yoghurt
½ t vanilla powder or 1 t vanilla essence
rind of one lime
To serve:
cashew pieces
thread coconut
Break the banana up into small chunks. Place the banana, 200 g feijoa pulp, frozen, 65 g coconut cream, 65 g coconut yoghurt or natural greek yoghurt, ½ t vanilla powder or 1 t vanilla essence, rind of one lime into the mixing bowl and mix 4 sec/speed 9, scrape down the mixing bowl and repeat, 4 sec/speed 9 or until desired texture.
Serve immediately with cashew pieces & thread coconut.
Freeze any left over mixture into ice cream moulds or a small container.
