As a working mum, a wife, a daughter, supporting elderly parents, or an empty nester, you’re facing challenges that no one openly talks about.

You carry the weight of expectations - at work doing your job, solving problems, making decisions and trying to keep yourself together.

At home, you’re meant to ‘be present’, keep the house running, make sure there’s nourishing food on the table, everyone is where they need to be, and my goodness, all that washing & cleaning!

And then there’s you. Oh, you forgot about you.

Internally you’re dealing with hormonal changes that you didn’t realise would impact you so much. You’re feeling like you’re losing your mind, alone, anxiety through the roof when you’re trying to look as if you’ve got it all together.

You don’t want to talk to your friends about it because, of course, it’s only you who’s struggling, your friends have all got their shit together. So you just keep on bottling it up inside and the stress compounds. (Disclaimer, they haven’t!).

I'm 51, a mother of 3 young adults and there's nothing that lights me up more than bringing a bunch of amazing women together for a day of health, happiness, and a whole lot of fun!
