NICE TO MEET YOU
In 2015, I started Wicked Wellbeing with a simple goal: to help parents create healthier lunchboxes. What began as a free challenge that unexpectedly went viral turned into two self-published, award-winning healthy kidsâ lunchbox cookbooksâthanks to incredible support from people like you. But hereâs the twist⌠my own kids wouldnât touch the recipes! Total mum fail? At the time, yesâbut it also turned out to be the best thing that couldâve happened.
That âfailureâ was a turning point. It made me realise that real change starts with us. When we feel strong, healthy, and confident in our own skin, everything else falls into placeâincluding how we show up for our families.

SINCE THEN...
My journey has always been about keeping it real. Iâve shared the highs and lowsâfrom parenting struggles to the messy middle of midlife. And as much as Iâve learned, Iâve never stopped evolving. Because just like you, Iâm still in the thick of itânavigating stress, hormones, sleep (or lack of it), and everything in between.
Through it all, one thingâs remained true: Iâm deeply passionate about helping you prioritise your health and wellbeing. My online membership, which I launched in 2017, has created life-changing shifts for so many womenâand it lights me up every day to watch them take back control of their lives.
In 2023, the Thermomix entered my world. I was sceptical at first, but it completely changed the way I eat and cookâand how easily I could support my clients to do the same. Now Iâm a consultant and love showing others how this little machine can simplify healthy living in a big way.

AND NOW...
As a certified Fast Like a Girl Coach through Dr. Mindy Pelz, Iâve added another powerful layer to my work. This means Iâm trained in the science of female fasting, hormone health, and metabolic healingâspecifically for women going through perimenopause and beyond. Itâs a complete game-changer. Because women need a different approach in midlifeânot harder, just smarter. And thatâs exactly what I teach.
Alongside coaching and my online programmes, I host regular retreats. Theyâve become the ultimate reset for women who canât spare a whole weekend, but deeply crave a day to breathe, reflect, and feel like themselves again.
