  • 1 medium kumara, scrubbed & cut into .75cm slices, lengthwise
  • ricotta cheese
  • lemon & pepper tuna
  • sliced cucumber
  • avocado slices
  • sundried tomatoes, finely chopped

  • sliced tomato
  • sliced gerkins
  • sliced olives
  • feta cheese
  • rocket
  • herbs
  1. Place the kumara slices in the toaster and cook for 3-4 times until soft and cooked through (I turned our toaster up slightly). Then spread with your favourite toppings.
