Thanks so much for your summer salads workshop. It was great to see 4 different salads created in 45 minutes!  There were some really helpful tips too like how to poach chicken and how to cook quinoa. All the salads looked easy to prepare and delicious. In particular making a nourishing bowl with leftovers, and just adding a few fresh ingredients to create an interesting platter, will be a favourite.
