We recently enjoyed an informative and fun evening with Wick from Wicked Wellbeing. Wick presented to a group of our Au Pairs and families. Wick’s passion for healthy food was evident and she enlightened us about so called ‘healthy foods’, gave us yummy lunch box ideas and educated us on how to read food labels. Most of those who attended like Wick herself are busy mothers juggling the demands of work and home with small children in tow. Her cooking demonstration showed us that even the busiest of us with a little thought and preparation can prepare a healthy, well balanced, delicious meal literally within minutes.
