Serves: 15-18 balls
Ingredients
- ⅓ c tahini paste (at room temperature, needs to be runny)
- ¼ c honey, melted
- 1 c fine rolled oats
- 1 c desiccated coconut
- ¼ c ground flaxseed/linseeds
- 1 t vanilla essence
- ½ c chocolate melts, sugar free or 70% dark chocolate, finely chopped
- pinch salt
- 2 T boiling water
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until evenly combined. Roll into balls and refrigerate.
Note: You'll need to keep your hands really damp while forming into balls as the mixture is quite sticky.
