1. Discover which foods you need to avoid: The first step is about learning how to REPLACE MAJOR SOURCES OF GLUTEN FIRST so I’ve put together a list of all the ingredients you need to avoid to print off and keep handy –  CLICK HERE to grab that download. Just remember, start small my friend, this is a long term game and if you know what you can’t eat, that’s a huge win right there!

2. Discover which foods you CAN enjoy: Often we feel like we’re missing out being gluten-free but honestly, there are soooo many foods you can enjoy so I’ve put them in a list for you too (and trust me, there’s loads!). Focus initially on naturally gluten-free foods like fruit, veggies, dairy, meat and eggs – just know that every step you take forward is in the right direction and will result in big wins! Print off the LIST OF FOODS YOU CAN ENJOY HERE.

3. Get into your Pantry! Once you’ve familiarised yourself with these foods, go through your pantry and cupboards and get to work – rid or clearly identify which ones you CAN keep using, and which you need to steer clear of.

My approach to gluten-free eating is all about balance, keeping it simple and achievable so it’s not overwhelming. So don’t expect me to suggest you completely overhaul your pantry or fridge in one day, because it’s all about baby steps and taking it slowly!
