Do you often open up a packet of feta, only use half of it, put it in the fridge only to find next time you go to use it, it’s gone off?
A really simple and quick technique is to put it in a small airtight container, sprinkle with a little bit of Himalayan Sea Salt, half fill with water and seal with a lid. Then store it in the fridge.
It will last so much longer and next time you go to use it, hopefully it won’t be furry!
