How to Easily Up the Fruit and Veges Intake for Your Kids

Eating enough good fruit and veges can be hard, especially when there are kids involved! That’s why I’ve put this blog together to show you how to do it in a matter of minutes.

36% of New Zealanders don’t get three serves of veges a day, and 43% don’t get two serves of fruit. Coupled with too much meat, dairy, wheat, sugar and alcohol, this micronutrient-poor diet has led to the modern epidemics of obesity, diabetes, heart disease, cancer and dementia.

About 9 months ago, I introduced the Nutrient Rescue products to my audience with so many mothers thanking me for sharing them.
