Gourmand Awards NZ 2015 Winner

The ‘21 Day Marvelous Lunchbox Makeover’ Cookbook is the WINNER of the Gourmand Awards in the ‘Best Food and the Family Cookbook’ Category.

I’m so excited to announce that my ‘21 Day Marvelous Lunchbox Makeover’ Cookbook is the WINNER of the Gourmand Awards in the ‘Best Food and the Family Cookbook’ Category.

The World Cookbook Awards were established in 1995 to recognise outstanding cookbook and wine book publishing and are often referred to as the “Oscars” of the cookbook world. I will now go on to compete for the Best in the World title which will be announced at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards in Yantgi, China on June 9th. I join many well-known New Zealand cooking personalities who have represented New Zealand previously, including Josh Emett, Nadia Lim, Jo Seager, Annabel Langbein and Julie Busio to mention a few so I’m truly honoured! Cookbook cover 2015

In the ‘21 Day Marvelous Lunchbox Makeover’, I guide you how to create healthy food from scratch for your children’s lunchboxes. From baked goodness, to raw goodness, I show you how easy it is put together a healthy lunchbox with a little preparation. But it doesn’t only include ideas for food, there’s the ‘The Love Note’ and ‘The Hug Voucher’ which all help to nurture your young ones to know they are loved unconditionally.

“My goal is to be a catalyst for a major change in healthy eating, inspiring and educating parents to get back to basics, to create food from scratch, avoiding additives, preservatives and refined sugars, and to create food that fuels your children’s learning”.
