12+ years ago, after having my third child, I was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance (not Coeliac disease) so I went on my own journey to eliminate gluten out of my diet.

I know this can be hard, confusing, overwhelming and frustrating which is why I put together these resources to help your gluten-free journey easier than mine. I’m very passionate about helping you make the transition so it’s more achievable to follow and where it’s focussed on more nutritional food, because you know that’s going to make you feel better. I now see it as a gift to be gluten-free because I get to experiment with all different types of ingredients and recipes that I possibly wouldn’t have tried if I was eating a normal diet.
