Chocolate Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ⅓ c frozen blueberries
  • 1 T nut butter
  • 1 medjool date, pitted
  • 1 t vanilla essence
  • ½ c coconut water or milk
Toppings
  • sliced banana
  • pumpkin and sunflower seeds
  • cacao nibs
  • coconut flakes
Instructions
  1. Blend all the smoothie ingredients in a blender (it should be quite a thick texture). Pour into a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle toppings over the top. Serve immediately.
