Nut Free Energy Bites

Ingredients
  • ⅓ c tahini paste (at room temperature, needs to be runny)
  • ¼ c honey, melted
  • 1 c fine rolled oats
  • 1 c desiccated coconut
  • ¼ c ground flaxseed/linseeds
  • 1 t vanilla essence
  • ½ c chocolate melts, sugar free or 70% dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • pinch salt
  • 2 T boiling water
Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until evenly combined. Roll into balls and refrigerate.
Note: You'll need to keep your hands really damp while forming into balls as the mixture is quite sticky.
