Corporate Cooking Workshops 2021-11-16T15:11:06+13:00

What better way to team-build or entertain clients than hosting a live cooking workshop at your office? No kitchen required, just access to water and I’ll bring the rest! Or, in these current times, let’s take it online where your teams can tune in from home and be inspired and motivated with an online cooking workshop!

I host fantastic, engaging and healthy corporate cooking workshops which are excellent for getting your team together, giving back to your clients or just an opportunity to relax and enjoy a well deserved lunch break making some delicious cuisine – whether it’s online or in person!

All my cooking workshops are entertaining, healthy and delicious, include printed recipe sheets for your staff or clients to take away to recreate at home and the opportunity to get your questions answered on the spot. The ease and goodness of these workshops will ignite the inspiration and motivation in your team to eat healthy and to share their creations.

The in-person workshops include tastings of all the dishes made.

The on-line workshops are a combination of educational slides, and a cooking demonstration to provide the knowledge and the practical skills to support your choices.

The online workshops also help a family (or two) in need with the food created from the workshop being donated to families via the Helping Hands community. Know that you’re not only helping your team, but you’re also helping less than privileged families too.

What others have to say…

That was AMAZING! The team were super engaged and we all learnt a lot. I think we had almost every team member make a comment or ask a question and they are still chatting about which recipes they are going to give a go. Thank you so much for sharing your recipes, knowledge and passion with us!

What a fun and interactive healthy cooking demonstration that was provided by Wick at two of our sites as part of our Health Yourself Expo. Wick is super organised, friendly and brings with her easy, nutritious and delicious food.  Our employees loved the workshop and are looking forward to trying the recipes at home.  Great work Wick, keep spreading the love.

Wick’s healthy food workshop is a great thing to bring into any corporate environment. Not only did our staff learn how to make some tasty and nutritious options (taking recipes away) – they got first-hand experience in the preparation. Fun, inspiring and thought provoking. Healthy food can be easy!

Wick recently facilitated three separate lunchtime events for our valued clients. Wick came fully prepared with everything needed to run the session and made organisation a breeze. We chose these sessions as work place illness does increase coming in to Autumn and we wanted to provide a fun, interactive, networking event for our clients. The dishes made were delicious (yet nutritious) and many of our clients have since made these at home for their families/friends! The feedback from our clients was excellent with comments such as ‘Wick taught us sneaky ways to add more vegetables to our families meals’ and ‘We all know that nutrition is important, however we are all too busy to eat healthy. Wick showed us quick ideas in a no fuss manner’.

I approached Wick from Wicked Wellbeing to see if she wanted to present to a team of staff within the hospital who were engaged in a Health and Wellbeing weight loss program.
One thing the team liked about Wick is she is 'real’, a genuine person, with bills to pay, a job and a family to feed, very much like everyone sitting in the audience. Her tips and tricks resonated with the audience and her approach was friendly and suggestions uncomplicated.
I would recommend Wick to any business who has a health and wellbeing focus for their staff.

We asked Wick into the office to help us promote our ‘Meat Free May’ initiative. She responded really well to our vegetarian brief, and was able to educate our team in a fun and entertaining way.
Wick is great to deal with and made the whole process really easy and enjoyable.
She was able to quickly establish a real rapport with the audience and was great to interact with during her demonstration; answering questions and sharing some excellent top tips!
We would be happy to welcome Wick back anytime, and recommend her to other organisations for staff events.
