Ingredients
- ½ c frozen blueberries
- ½ frozen banana
- ¼ c cashew nuts
- 1 T chia seeds
- 3-4 spinach leaves
- ½ t Nutrient Rescue Red Shot powder (and ½ t Green Shot powder too if desired)
- ¼ c unsweetened natural yoghurt
- milk or coconut water until desired consistency
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a nutri bullet or food processor and process until smooth. Serve immediately and freeze any leftovers into ice moulds or ice blocks.
