Hey Busy Mama…

I get it. You’re constantly on the go, juggling kids activities and struggling to serve up healthy food the whole family will enjoy. It feels like there’s not enough time to take care of your family as you’d like.

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • You rush in the door at the end of the day to a fridge full of food and NO idea what you’re going to make for dinner. So you slap something on the table in a rush, feeling guilty that it’s not the most nutritious meal

  • Dinnertime is like a battleground – You put so much effort into making delicious meals but the kids just push their plates away. You end up cooking two meals every night because you can’t face another bowl of spag bol

  • You dread meal planning – Try to think of a week’s worth of delicious meals the kids will actually eat and your mind goes blank. So you do a random supermarket shop and end up wasting money and food

  • You feel stuck in a rut when it comes to cooking – You used to enjoy flavourful food but now you serve up the same old same old

  • You rely on packets and sachets because they’re quick – There’s a shelf full of recipe books collecting dust, but cooking from scratch feels overwhelming

I’d just like to ask you…

The Autumn Kitchen Club menu is now available and for an instant download, so just sign up and the whole four weeks of recipes, shopping lists, prep ahead tips and bonus recipes will be emailed to you immediately. Jump on board today so I can help you put a healthy meal on the table, saving you time and money!

Hi, I’m Wick Nixon – a busy mum of three and a super passionate foodie. I used to create two meals every night because I couldn’t stand to eat boring ‘kids’ food’ – and my kids refused to try anything new.

I was wasting so much time in the kitchen, serving food that was not as nutritious as it could be and worst of all, I was raising fussy eaters – eating at other people’s places was a nightmare, and embarrassing. Because I was such a foodie,  I wanted my kids to be adventurous eaters, to enjoy different spices, textures and flavours brought together with fresh seasonal ingredients. I also wanted them to have a nutritious diet, full of fresh and raw foods that would fuel their energy (and their brainpower!).

So I got to work… and created a new way to make easy, healthy meals that everyone loves.

The Wicked Wellbeing Kitchen Club is a four week family meal plan designed to help you get healthy meals on the table in a flash AND have everyone coming back for seconds.

If you’re sick of your kids whinging about what’s for dinner then turning their noses up before they’ve even tried it,  well, sign up for this Kitchen Club and you can blame it all on me. “Wick says it’s Bacon, Pea & Bean Risotto tonight”.

Let’s take you out of the equation – any complaints – just say to tell Wick – but you know what? There won’t be. Kids love these meals!

When you join the Kitchen Club, you will:

  • Get access to a collection of yummy recipes that have your kids saying “Can we have that every night?”

  • Get more vegetables into your kids, without them even noticing. Yep, it’s true!

  • Drop the dreaded meal planning No need to fuss about meals or make a shopping list – it’s all done for you

  • Save money by buying just what you need The recipes are simple and made with easy-to-find ingredients you’ll use week after week, so there’s no waste

  • Get kitchen confident You’ll discover how simple, easy and quick it is to create healthy meals from scratch – and you’ll be left feeling inspired in the kitchen

  • Find reward in cooking again There’s nothing like the satisfaction that comes from stepping out of your comfort zone and trying something different (that becomes a family favourite)

  • Get support from other meal-challenged mumsYou know you’re not alone right? In the Kitchen Club, you’ll connect with other mums on the same journey

  • Learn the simple secrets to fast meal planning So even once the Kitchen Club is done, you start the week, EVERY week feeling organised, energised and in control

  • It’s super flexible so you’re still in control – Because you buy your own ingredients, you choose which recipes you want to make and when, and if your kids don’t like something, then swap it out for something else (we do encourage you to give new things a try though)

In the Kitchen Club, I do all the thinking for you.

Sounds good? Here’s how it works

Once you’ve signed up, you’ll get a link to instantly download the whole four weeks of meal plans, including shopping lists and recipes so you’re good to go! You can then pick and choose which recipes you want to make and when.

What others have to say…

I was relieved to find it was so simple, just a few easy recipes to take the burden of meal planning for the week. It was straightforward and the recipes were not overwhelming. I think the 4 meals and 1 baking was perfect, not too much to deal with and we didn't have to follow it every night. Thanks Wick.

I love that I can now cook meals with real ingredients and flavour them with real spices. I can make up recipes, I no longer rely on sachets for a quick last minute throw together. Thanks Wick.

FAQS

  • Why only 4 meals? I’ve found that four new meals can sometimes be enough for some families to try in a week so I wanted to allow flexibility. For the remaining three days, simply get creative with left overs (I share lots of ideas) or slot in a few family favourites

  • What if the meals don’t suit my family? We give you so many different variations that you can swap out for different tastes, it’s a WIN/WIN for everyone!

  • How fast is fast? 30 to 40 mins tops

  • What happens once the four weeks is over? You can go back and try the ones you didn’t get around to making, or remake the ones that you loved that will become your family favourites until the summer menu comes out

I loved the Kitchen Club. Having so many substitute options made it a breeze. It is a great way of adding variety and getting the family interested in meals and the preparation.
